My kids are over the moon with their new bed. We have had the bed for over a month and we are still happy with it. The stair are a nice touch because it offer so much storage. It was a nice surprise. It does take a little time to put together but the instructions were easy to follow for the most part. The steps were the most difficult to assemble. This was a great buy, I would definitely recommend.
This bed is amazing! I bought it for my two daughters but my son loves it too, so hes been sleeping on the trundle since we got it! It took a full day to assemble with 2 people but the instructions were very helpful.
Purchased for my 4 year old. Assembly was what was to be expected, took my husband and myself around 2-3 hours. The bed looks great but the bottom slats of the bed fell out after 6 months of use, and is unable to be fixed-unfortunate and kind of a waste of money for something to fall apart so soon.
This bed was not difficult to put together, but was definitely a challenge for a 60 something grandma and her daughter, but only because of the sturdiness of the wood. The directions were easy to follow. All parts and pieces labeled well. No missing parts. There is no particle board, it is all solid wood!!!! Would certainly recommend. This solves the where are four grandchildren going to sleep problem. And I am able to store most all of their books and toys on the shelves and in the drawers. It is large, so make sure you have room for it!
Arrived with one of the boxes broke open and was missing hardware. We went to the hardware store and bought what was missing and made it work. I wouldnt recommend it! The quality is lacking!!
This bed is a wonderful concept; however, it does take a bit to put together. The directions arent clear on the way pieces should face and the bed only goes together one way, so if you are up for it pay very close attention. We ran into an issue with no predrilled holes but their customer service was exceptional in handling and being willing to send defective pieces. We ended up using a drill - though its a no drill assembly.
My daughter loves her bed and we have had it 2 months without issue.

Im canceling the order right now for some reason, why still sent the metal bed, I now had two double bunk beds which I know I had to return one, but which one? Was very skeptical. Although I like the wood in the review I gave it, I tried I heard that the metal bed gives static. I decided to go with these guys. I know nothing about setting up a bed or a bunk bed! It came in 2 distinct boxes very neatly packed. I ask God to help me put that together and He did it was so easy,
My boys 10 - years, 12 years and I put it up it was very easy, thats for sure, its the best bunk bed ever! I verify all the furniture of the brands, none of their products is superior to this one. I highly recommend. Reviews tell the truth, they give you enough slats not need a Bunkie board. I love it pls dont spend your money anywhere else. It works for me, it can work for you.

Very easy to put together, arrived with nice packaging , easy instructions, took several hours bit nothing unexpected, would recommend to others
