5stars for customer service We ended up w/a different frame and I was unable to cancel this one. Their customer service was able to interrupt the delivery and we will be getting a refund. (If we dont I will update this review I did not get the product because we needed something immediately, but I was very pleased with how they were able to help us out
I love the sophistacated look. It has not been used as of yet so I dont know how it will feel.
I am now in search of the accessories for my first daybed.
I was hesitant to buy this bed because I thought the was a little steep for something I couldnt see in person but I took the chance and Im soooo happy I did. This bed is gorgeous!! Easy to put together and gives the whole room a rustic feel.
The bed looks excellent!
One word of warning about shipping; This item comes in two separate boxes.
One tracking number is issued for both boxes.
FedEx delivered the smaller box first, which makes the tracking number show the shipment as complete.
They were unable to inform me over the phone that a second package existed. In fact they specifically said only one box was shipped!
5 to 6 hours later, the bulkier second box arrived, in a completely different truck.
This is in no way any fault of the seller! The item is as described and seems well/constructed for its price.
