My husband did the assembly. He remarked how well labelled every piece was. It was fairly labor intensive and a bit tedious, but he said it was very easy to do because of how well it was marked and packaged. He was also impressed that the backing was solid pressboard, not the flimsy cardboard often used to back do/it/yourself items. The drawers slide easily on the glides and the chest looks nice. I keep it in my closet, so am not expecting it to look elegant, but it does what I need it to very well.
Im actually in the middle of assembling this product right now. So far, it looks great, but I noticed a front panel to one of the drawers is damaged. I called the manufacturer to get a new drawer panel, and they were great. They answered very quickly, and a replacement part is being shipped out on Monday. The woman at customer service was very friendly, prompt, and helpful. Great customer service. Will update review on product when fully assembled.
What I like best is that it is the perfect fit in the space I have. Very heavy; I unpacked it and brought in the pieces one/at/a/time. Construction went smoothly, although it took my husband and I all afternoon to put it together (lots of screws!) Everything lined up well and instructions were clear. All the pieces were there, down to the exact count of little nails; none to spare. One of the drawer sides had a small split in it; I glued it with wood glue and put a heavy clamp on it for a while.
To restate the same thing countless others have said about quality control on this dresser drawer, mine came with a lot damage to many of the drawer fronts. Four of the six drawer fronts had damage to the back finish, mostly the edges. The quality of the material and parts didnt bother me. Its fit was fine. This is dirt cheap for a dresser drawer so I wasnt expecting anything great. But the damage to the drawer front was simply not excusable. The packaging shows no signs of damage so it had to be during packing. This would have a big deal for me if it werent for the fact this was going into my walk/closet. Its pretty out of site so Im sticking with it. If it were out where I can see it all the time, it would have gone back in a second.
The chest had excellent installation instructions. The parts were missing three drawer pulls, I contacted the company and received a prompt and courteous reply and the missing parts were shipped immediately.
Very happy with the product and company customer service.
Super easy to install just need a lil of common sense, great material, Really enjoy to put it together, I did this by my self took me about and hour and a half. The only thing I will say is that I will like it to have four lil legs.
Minor nicks and imperfections due to poor shipping protection and the package weighing 70 lbs. Putting together is very simple and the directions at first seem overwhelming but they are very good. Overall a pretty good buy.

we bought 2 of these ( a black and a white one) and both are great for our kids rooms. they are decent quality and look nice
