The bed was very easy to assemble. The instructions were great. I was able to assemble alone up until the point of needing assistance to lift the bunk on top.
One issue I faced is the slats are cut very rough and therefore require some gloves when handling to avoid getting splinters. I am sanding each piece down. Wish they were sanded before sending as they can be very hazardous for children and during the assemble.
Delivery was quick, it arrived much faster than I anticipated. Parts were well packaged.
Received all the parts and pieces so that was good! Happy with the looks and sturdiness. Only disappointment was that the queen mattress fits so tight - it wont me easy to make this bed!
I love it! All the pieces were there and good quality. I have a king on bottom and twin on top. My toddler son and I share a room so this saved us a ton of space. Went together nice. Highly recommend.
Good for price but not easily modified so you are stuck with this being the only arrangement. The steps dont make sense. Open on only one side and blocked by a fence so not easily used for storage.
This wood is cheap. Im glad I purchased the insurance bc idk how long it will last with my boy.

We are not a few months in and the bed is still standing. One piece of the wood had a small crack in it when I first unboxed the pieces. It has grown a good bit. But my son is still in love with his bed.
Frame not only came with a damaged desk top but the screw holes on the desk top and the ones on the frame mount did not align. There is only one way to screw it on so it's not human error. The frame itself is also really wobbly, it does come with wall anchors but unfortunately those won't work for my personal situation.

Return was fudged up in the worst way. It took five days to return to UPS. I had to do it, and it took two separate trips to the UPS store!
The slide is great. At first I put their toys under, then my 1 year old started climbing out of his crib so I added a mattress and its perfect as a bunk bed for toddlers.
Just make sure you TIGHTEN the screws because it gets loose while the kids are always playing on it

One of the stair railings was cracked. Had to fix with wood glue.

Make sure to tighten it every month! MY KIDS LOVE IT TOOOOO !!!
