My dad is elderly h loves his new recliner especially how it raises up and helps take pressure off the knees he was joking around and said the only thing that it was missing was for it to swivel haha the chair is amazing we love it great product you get five stars
This review is for the replacement chair. My original chair appeared to be dropped from a truck and was very loud on movement, leaving wood shavings and after 2 days completely stopped. I contacted the company and they immediately sent a replacement chair!
The chair is quiet, comfortable and runs smoothly is perfect for my needs. The arms rest are quite low but a couple of pillows work wonderfully! I love this chair and look forward to buying other furniture from the company.
Easy to assemble just two pieces. It also came early. I was looking for a chair to sleep in for my spinal surgery and this is the one!! I have hot flashes it stays cool. I needed help getting up it worked and I am a big girl. It is so comfortable and I am able to recline it almost to a laying position so I can sleep at night. It is my favorite chair in the house!!!
Received sooner than expected, and it is comfy. BUT...it is a HUGE pain in the ass to assemble. The metal slots for the armrests and back don't line up/fit together as well as they should. I had to use a rubber mallet to get them fully in place. What should have been a 20-30 minute job took over an hour. Terrible design flaw. Won't be buying one of these again!
One month ago I bought this chair for an elderly family member coming out of rehabilitation. I initially gave this a 1 star review. The chair was awful and really hurt my father in laws back and bottom because the quality was poor. I am now redoing my review and giving 5 stars for their excellent customer service at who helped me through that bad experience and made good on their promise to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. Im sure this seller has other great furniture and I would highly recommend giving them a try. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase then they WILL follow through on a resolution. Customer service is so important and thats why they get 5 stars from me.

Very uncomfortable. Zero support for the neck while in chair. Would not recommend.
Good for a tiny person
I think this would be great for a tiny elderly person but any person of normal height and weight it just isnt very comfortable or sturdy.
