This chair was easy to assemble and looks really nice, however the pillows make this chair uncomfortable. Also, the bottom section is quite long which makes it different for a shorter person like me (5 foot 7) to sit properly and lean back. Ive only had the chair for 2 days so I will update this review in the future.
Purchased this for my son as a PC Gaming Chair. Easy to assemble, comfortable, everything works. Has a massage feature, I didnt realize that when I purchased.
Working in front of computer for 8 hours a day means I need a chair that is comfortable and functional, and this chair is all that. Its better than I expected based on the price and I am enjoying the new chair. Its easy to assemble (took about 1/2 hour) and looks good. Its very comfortable for me as I am a slim person. If your heavier then this might not be the chair for you, its pretty snug for me and Im 510 / 140 lbs. The only thing that could be improved is the main padding, its a little stiff now but I think it will loosen with time. As a bonus the massage pillow is great as well. Overall Im very happy with this chair.
Very easy to put together, however the base cover was missing. Ive emailed support and will update the review here once I receive if. The back massage is fine, not sure it helps but its there. It turns off after a few minutes and there are no instructions for how it actually works or how youre supposed to use it besides "just plug it in." The chair, however, feels narrower than the previous model I had purchased (pretty sure its the same manufacturer since it looks and feels the same). My shoulders cannot fit in the chair comfortably, and Im not big at all. So if youre larger than 170lbs 59, you may want to skip this chair. This is the weirder part because the last one I bought was wider.
I am 70 yrs old and do a lot of computer work for my church. The office chairs were not tall enough for my desk, so my shoulders hurt. This chair reaches a good height and is comfortable enough to spend the day working on my computer.

It is good! Im a bigger guy so it took some getting used to but much more comfortable than the lower quality office chair I had been using.
