I wasnt sure how comfortable the chair would be as the seat looks kinda thin, but it is very comfortable and the head rest and massager are very good. It also got here before the expected date. Definitely a bang for your buck kind of product since its better than the $180 chair from Costco or all the other over priced chairs. Definitely recommend!
My son bought this for himself (hes 13) and we are extremely happy with it. It came quickly and was easy to assemble. It looks just like the picture and feels sturdy and of good quality. The massage pillow needs to be plugged in but its fine. We had an issue with one of the arms but the customer service of this company is excellent. I wrote to the email they provided and heard from them in about 5 hours. Their communication was clear, reassuring and within about 5 days they resent the new part. Im very impressed.
The back is support, but it will keep dropping down because the screw which to hold and adjust the level is not strong enough to hold the back in position. I have to drill two more holes through to the other sides. Used two long screws to hold the back in position. The sitting area is very hard, and will heat up after a while. I have to add an addition seat cushion.

Chair adjusts 180 degrees and has a foot rest that extends well to my height. The massage function was a nice touch up giving the chair a premium feel to it without a premium price tag.
However, the backrest came with several punctures in the leather. I emailed chair using the email provided in the instructions and they responded the following day and sent out a replacement backrest within a few weeks. The prompt reply and resolution of their customer service is what won me over. I saw other reviews mention the tears but if you email the company they will help you out and for that reason they deserve 5 stars for great customer service, response and an excellent gaming chair.
The massage pillow, foldable footrest, reclining ability, and supportive armrests make this a perfect chair. It was easy to assemble, would be great for gaming, use in office, or homework.
I like this gaming chair for my work. It was easy to assemble , it comes with a clear introduction book to tell me how to assemble it. It can adjust any angle ( maximum 180degree) so comfortable when I seat on that. I usually need to sit whole day for my job. I need good support for my back. Its really good for it
