Had a complication with one part being defective which Im not complaining because things happen. The company was super friendly shipped the peice I needed right away and didnt have to return the other one. My son is 14 and 6ft tall and he fits perfect in it. He says its super comfortable and works great for his gaming. He actually fell asleep in it for a couple of hours when he reclined it. I actually said in it and Im 5ft 2 in and loved it!! Especially the pillow that vibrates feels good.
I love this chair! It is very comfortable for what I paid! I was gaming with a chair that was to short for my desk and it was killing my neck. I am also studying to take the LSAT and spent hours in a wood chair and it was destroying my back. Now, I use this chair for both and my back and neck is SOOOO much better! I also really enjoy the leg rest. I am short so its a perfect size for me, but it wouldnt be very supportive if someone was super tall. Also, it only has one tiny screw keeping it from sliding all the way out and that screw can strip very easily during assembly. The vibrator is also very strong! I was shocked how strong it is! I thought it was going to be weak because its run by a USB, but its not at all! It may have a slight wiring issue, though, because it will go on and off sometimes. It works most of the time though. My only complaint is the assembly instructions are very vague. Its not to hard to figure out, but it does remind me of IKEA instructions. Its not as bad as IKEA instructionals though. It did take me an hour to decipher the instructions when it really wasnt that hard to assemble. The instructions should have been more straightforward. Plus, it doesnt explain EVERYTHING. I went 2 weeks thinking that my back rest was just always going to rock back and forth because it was cheap, but it turns out that a knob in the back needed to be screwed in. The instructions did not tell show this. However, I do appreciate the fact that it gives you spare screws for the major parts, which is much better than IKEA that only gets one of every part. It does not give you an extra screw for the foot rest, which, again, can strip very easily. For those reason, I had to give assembly 3 stars. Other than the assembly, this chair is aming and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good chair, but is tight on money and cant afford a $200 gaming chair.
Also, customer service is great! They allowed me to change the chair color and sent the delivery information very quickly. I was very pleased.
All in all, the chair was easy enough to assemble. The biggest complaint I have is that the two "lips" on the sides of the chair presses into my legs. Mind you, Im six foot five and over 300 lbs. Im looking to lose weight, so the 300 lb limit I believe this chair advertises wont be a problem. However, Im a big guy. The lips on the sides that meet the arm rests just are too hard. Theyre going to create hot spots on my legs. This might be a returned item.
The chair also doesnt have an automatic return for the back, meaning you have to use the arm rests to pull the back toward you as you sit up. Minor, but unexpected for me.
The foot rest seems flimsy. The tubes used to hold it in place is hollow and might bend over time. Remains to be seen.
The instructions are a bit vague, but the chair was not hard to assemble. Its very comfortable! I usually have tailbone pain of I sit in almost any chair for more than an hour, and in this chair doesnt give me tailbone pain no matter how long I sit in it! I love it!
UPDATE: Its been about a year, and I spent way more time in this chair than originally intended, due to COVID/19, and working from home.
Dont buy it.
The back of the chair is misaligned now, and cannot be relaigned. My back is killing me. The chair is constantly squeaking, and I have to tighten the bolts on a regular basis. Im finally throwing this chair out, and searching for a new one.
Original Review:
I selected this chair specifically because I wanted a racing/style chair with a footrest. I also wanted one that specifically said it was made of artificial leather (as PU leather by itself can mean a number of different things, including bicast leather). So far, its been great!
As someone whos usually pretty incompetent when it comes to assembly, putting the chair together took me only about 30 minutes. The only oddity was that the armrests were clearly mislabeled left/right.
Its very comfortable. The massage feature of the lumbar pillow is pretty underwhelming, but thats to be expected for a USB/powered pillow. I do wish the armrests would have the option to fold up, but theyre very comfortable. This is a good chair to settle into for a few hours... I havent tried it yet, but I imagine itd be pretty easy to nap in it while fully reclined.
The chair reclines and locks easily, and the height adjustment is great. It struggles a bit to come back up to a full upright position, but its easy enough to pull it into place yourself.
The cat wont leave me alone when Im sitting on it, so I guess she approves as well.
Pros: Massage pillow is incredible. Comfortable. Easy to assemble. Perfect for my size. Leg rest is support and sturdy.
Cons: Screw holes were stripped in some places, so 1/2 will randomly fall out.
Ill recommend this chair to my friends, hope they like it.
I need a comfortable chair for my computer desk. Compared with several chairs, I choose this one because of the budget. This office chair is very comfortable. It easy to put together. It has a footrest and adjustable armrests. I love this design very much for I need to sit a long time before the computer. The casters quality also is good.
This is my first ever Gaming Chair purchase. Im not a big guy about 5 foot 7. About 175Lbs.
Chair was pretty easy to put together. Took about 45 minutes to put together.
Chair quality definitely feels like a $120 chair. Feels firm yet soft. Most of the parts are Metal, the non metal parts are a heavy heavy duty plastic.
Arm rest padding is perfect. Some chairs padding is to firm or to soft.
I have a kinda thick carpet an the wheels do roll on it but it does take some force. Obviously.
Over all if you are buying this for a child or a medium to small Adult id say this chair is a good pick. Bigger people will 100% have a harder time enjoying this chair.
If I had to rate it id say its a solid 8.5 out of 10.

Awesome chair, very comfortable, no tailbone pain from prolonged use!
