Good looking chair. Easy to assemble. Seat padding is not as thick as I thought but tolerable. As far as sturdiness goes, the right arm may have been damaged during shipment because my daughter who weighs 100 lbs soaking wet, pushed off the right arm rest to stand up and the weld or support for the arm broke. Im trying to contact GT Player but the phone seems to just ring and ring and ring. Not giving up yet. There is a no questions asked one year warranty on this product. I purchased it in March 2020.
**I cant say anything bad about this company. They responded within two days of my email and two days later I had a replacement part. They couldnt be any more professional. When I got my placement cushion it was apparent that the original was damaged during shipment. Kudos to them and I would highly recommend this product. Great value for the price, comfortable and good quality. Only thing I wish is that the back massager was a little more intense, feels more like a vibration than an actual massager. Other than that, cant complain!
I bought this chair for my grandson as a Birthday present. He is 28, 58" tall and athletically built. He love, love, loves his chair and gaming has taken on a new level! I made the right choice when chosing this chair. We have no complaints as to the workmanship, the parts were all there, easy to put together, and the cushioning is stellar! Awesome price, awesome chair! Highly recommend!
I think this chair is overpriced. It looks cool. but one of the arms does not screw in correctly, so I keep having to tighten. The thing that bothers and surprises me most is this is supposed to be for gaming, which I would think entails sitting long periods of time. The chair is comfortable to sit in for an hour maybe. The foam on the seat is thin and not of good quality at all. Comfortable in the reclining position, but not to sit upright, which is what I bought for.
In addition, the massage portion did not include a cord to connect, is very loud, and really not very good. It also took quite a bit of time to assemble. The parts were labelled very well, so that was helpful, but it came in a lot of pieces.
You really pay what you get for. I found countless other products, but they didnt have the specifics that I wanted. This chair has everything you want +1. When I say that, I mean I wanted a nice gaming chair with padded arm rests, good cushioning and not some cheap pleather thats going to chip away in a year.

/Only con I have was my first seat, had a pretty big cut in it. Im sure from a mistake at the Factory. BUT I emailed the company, as the cut was going to get bigger from wear n tear. They apologized replaced the seat, ASAP for free. It was great customer service through n through.
Pay a little bit more from the "Generic" Gaming chairs and get this one! You wont be dissapointed!
My 10yr old uses it for his desk and then turns around to you use his tv. Loves it!! What makes it an even better product is the customer service. Backrest had a tear in it. Contacted them and they were on it immediately. Awesome customer service!! Thank you
I did not like that the chair back was defective, but that is my ONLY dislike. It is all around a great product!!

I would suggest not buying a gaming chair, especially not this one for $140. Before this I had an $80 executive office chair which felt much more comfortable and could recline as well. This chair is very uncomfortable and is stiff as could be.

Lift does not work
We have had this chair for 2 weeks, and the lift function no longer works. The chair will slowly sink down within seconds.
