I absolutely love my rebounder! I initially got it to aide with lymphatic drainage and have had so much fun incorporating it into my cardio workout routine. I injured my Achilles and had knee surgery so finding something low impact thats equivalent to running has been difficult for me. It was pretty easy to assemble, but you will have to put some elbow grease into it. FYI, I actually used both of the methods they suggested in the instruction manual. The first one for the initial 6 legs and then the second one for the remaining bungees. You will have to use some force to pull the bungees and honestly that part was common sense to me. The tension in the bungees is what makes it so sturdy. Eventually Ill get safety padding and a stand, but thatll be down the line as My workouts become more advanced. Im so happy with my rebounder!
Attempted to contact customer service, no response. Owned it a few months, twice a week use for 20 minutes, 130lbs. person. Heard a snap noise and saw one of the sewed into the mat connectors broke off. This should last alot longer than this especially with my weight. Please have customer service contact me for mat replacement.
Thank you!
Nothing to dislike!I Love it! Perfect for my cardio workout. Even the size was perfect for my living room space.
Putting it together was easy with the instructions. Its better than jogging on the streets, easier on the knees,
also jumping jacks are better and easier to do. A good purchase for me, love it!

There rebounder is very sturdy. I feel safe on it. It supports up to 450 pounds so it is strong, yet even i can bounce on it easily. I weigh 125 pounds. You will need 2 people to send arbor assemble as the bungees get harder to put on towards the middle of assembly. Been bouncing everyday since July 2020. Still going
I paid almost 180 for this trampoline and have had it for 1 month and 10 days the straps are now ripping off the mat that the bungees are connected to . It have a weight limit of 450 and I am only 165.
Excellent trampoline and I use it every day. I have been recommending it to friends. Rebounding is a tremendous low, impact workout that is extremely good for your body! I use it nearly every day.
I did have to hire my handyman to put it together though. The bungee cords were just too difficult to put in place for me.
I LOVE this trampoline!! Leaps bounds better than a metal spring one definitely worth the extra moolah for this one. Very sturdy, even for heavy weights I would absolutely recommend this!! The only heads up is that putting on the bands is NO JOKE! It takes some muscle!! The included tool does help, but if youre doing it by yourself you may need to take some breaks
While putting together, on my last two bungee cords and the be broke. Whole thing a waste because of this. They did return my money since its no use to me but I was really looking forward to using this and put a decent amount of time putting it together. It really isnt hard to put together, even by yourself. But you gotta wonder how good the bungee cords are if one broke just putting it on.
This is trampoline is ideal for my gymnast daughter for at home training energy release HOWEVER, this was the HARDEST assembly EVER!!! I couldnt have done it alone; my son helped me. It took all my strength impossible without the tool. I cant say the the instructions gave any hint of the challenge to assemble or recommendation for a two person job. My hand hurt I needed breaks.
Please offer with bungee completely assembled; simply add legs.
