The chair itself is super comfy and stable! I thought that I was ordering a white chair but it came cream (which was my mistake.) Its so comfy though, I refuse to exchange it for another brand. great chair.
I received the first one and it had a problem. I requested for a replacement and it was replaced almost immediately. The second one was easy to set up and the chair is comfortable.
I am not a mechanic and I put it together by myself. This chair came with clear instructions and I like the way all parts were labeled! Plus its very comfortable. I give it 5 stars.

Serves the purpose
This chair was easy to put together and is quite comfortable. I got a great chair for a great price.
Terrible assembly
The Assembly process was a mess and many corners were definitely cut. I assembled an ikea desk chair the day after and that was much easier.

Chair is really comfortable and very easy to put together. Only time will tell how it will hold up, but so far Im really happy with it!
