I purchased this product and received it on 7/25/21. It was neatly packed; nothing was broken and all the necessary parts were included. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and I had no difficulty putting it together EXCEPT for attaching the arms to the back rest. When I screwed the arms in, they were warping outward which made it difficult for me to screw in the back rest. I had to put the chair on its side and use my weight to hold each arm down in order to put the screws in. Im concerned with the amount of stress being placed on the screws with the arms pushing outward. I will update this review in the coming weeks/months as I see how the chair handles daily use.
I slouch badly and other chairs have tended to encourage my horrible poster, this one keeps me in line＃ no pun intended＃ it was easy enough to put together, it took about 10/15 minutes. The seat cushion seems pretty thick compared to others in this price range. Overall, for the price, I think this is a decent enough chair
This chair is very difficult to put to together when you screw the pieces together. Took me days of trial and error just to get the arms screwed to the seat

Its a decent chair for the money. If I could do it all over again Id buy a bigger chair. You get what you pay for and I paid for an ok chair.
