I bought this June 2017. It is still working. Other then the fact you cant use the USB without the smell of burning permeating the air, the bed still works. The mattress was another story. Didnt last more than a year. I turned it, I flipped it it didnt work.
Not the easiest to put together by yourself, but I got it done.
I dont know whether I got lucky or the bed is actually good. I can only tell you my experience.
I love this frame. 1st frame stopped working and they replaced it. It did it again and this time it has a reset function so no reboxing. Yay. Customer Service has been wonderful every time. I recommend this frame. It is good quality.
Exceeded expectations. Movement of actuators is smooth and crisp. Remote is very nice and easy to use. Vibration function was not as pronounced, but probably dependent on mattress also, so not a big deal. Overall, very pleased after 3 days.
Vibration strength is a little weaker than I would like, but this is a personal preference, not that it didnt work. It is very easy to assemble and remote is great
Ive had this adjustable bed for almost 4 months and am very happy with it. I have bad acid reflux when sleeping so I need to be in a more upright position. The price was great. Its very quiet and adjusts smoothly. I was able to carry it upstairs and put it together with another person / we are small people but reasonably strong. I got a twin XL and put it into my king size bed frame next to an existing twin XL frame. I do tend to slide down a bit during the night so I wish I could raise my legs/knees higher, but this seems to be a problem with all adjustable beds / none of them go that high on the legs. I put a thick pillow under my knees to try and stop myself from sliding down and it seems to help a bit. I cant speak to longevity as I havent had it that long but if anything happens I will update this review.
Its not a wall hugger, just FYI. Thats OK for me because I wanted a lower price and dont need a wall hugger. Its a little awkward when in bed with the back up trying to reach my night stand, but Im able bodied and have good core strength so its not a problem to twist around a bit. If you have some physical challenges and need to put things on or take things off your night stand while in bed, you might want to consider a wall hugging version instead.

I busted my rear to make it possible to save up and get back on my feet. I had this item in my cart for months anticipating the day I would move and finally have a bedroom I could put a bed in. Let me tell you it was the best decision I ever made! For the first time in 3 years I finally slept through the night. Absolutely aming!

I still love my adjustable bed, and my neighbors across the hall were in search of the perfect bed so I said come on in and check this sweet sleeping machine out! 1 of them was getting excited for the massage vibrations, (I made them wait until they got theirs to fully enjoy it) the other 1 was grateful to put her feet up. They loved it so much that I ordered them Thier very own. And they absolutely love it I dont think theres anything they love more other than each other And thats even pushing it . Seriously do yourself a favor and get this bed because you will not be disappointed, and it will be the best sleep youve ever had.
You will need two people to set it up, its very heavy and made extremely well. The legs screw on easily and fit tightly. The motors respond quickly to the remote and there is plenty of adjustment for any comfort setting. The frame fits perfectly into my platform bed with about an inch of wiggle room between the side rails and the head/foot board(see photo). My mattress is 15 thick foam/memory foam and it works fine. I look forward to going to bed now and like to watch tv in there with my head and feet up. I bought it to keep my legs elevated while I sleep to reduce swelling and it works perfectly for that. I bought this brand based on my moms recommendation because she really loves hers too.
