The frame seems to sag a
Little on the edges so the mattress tends to sag too. If I sleep close to the edge I feel like Im going to slide off. I weigh 165 lbs. not so heavy that I would expect this
Purchased for elderly relative. She loves it, responsive remote control, easy to use, durable frame. She never realized how much she would use this.

This is the 3rd bed that I have purchased. I have never had to call their customer service for anything but I received the new bed this week and saw the lovely card that was included with the material for the bed stating that if you have a question please contact them at this number for the quickest service. So I called to compliment the bed and mention that it was the 3rd one that I had purchased and to ask if I could order a new remote for the first bed that I purchased because it had been dropped and cracked. I was told that they do not sell replacement remotes/parts and could not tell me where to get one other than suggesting eBay. Maybe the guy was just having a bad day.
Finally got here and seems pretty good. One major complaint it is missing the power cord. Everything inside the box was a mess. Stuff falling out of there boxes. I have attached a picture. Would really hope the manufacturer will send a power cord ASAP. Changing my rating, to 5 stars as all my issues were resolved extremely quickly and I couldnt be a more satisfied customer. was terrific and was aming
The UP button on the remote quit working within the first 5 months. You cant control the bed without the remote. I contacted the seller who kept emailing me fixes that didnt work. After a month, he finally relented, asked for my address and said he would mail out a remote. Its been 6 weeks. No remote and now he wont respond.
My advice would be to look for elsewhere. 600 and I cant use it. UNACCEPTABLE!

Great Value and easy to assemble
So easy to put together. Cost less than furniture stores in person buying. Sleeping great again after putting it together.
