I am very pleased with this item. We have a very small home and must use space wisely. I have been looking for a sturdy chair to have extra chair for seating in our living room and we needed a sleeping space for our adult granddaughter who occasionally spends the night. This ottoman is a twofer it serves both purpose perfectly. And is a snap to put up and take down. My granddaughter said she prefers firm sleeping surfaces and it was very comfortable.
Oh my goddd buy it!!! I didnt have a lot of expectations because of some of the reviews, I needed an emergency bed and this was my best bet to save space and I 10/10 would recommend its bigger than I thought and more comfortable.
Product had a screw that connected the sections together and every time you would open and close the ottoman sleeper the screw would loosen and eventually come off completely. Unsafe!! Terrible Customer service !! They only refund me $30 back. RIDICULOUS!! muster select least 1 star when doing a product review. doesnt even deserve that!!
The ottoman was good and will serve its purpose. However, my complaint was that FedEx left the 80 lbs. ottoman at the bottom of my stairs and I couldnt get it upstairs myself (especially after surgery). The company was supposed to reach out to me but no one ever did. I wouldve gotten a second ottoman for my Mom, but the delivery was so horrible...Ill pass. What ever happened to customer service/care?
Right out of the box and ready to go. It is great. I highly recommend if you are looking for something for a space saver. It looks just like a ottoman. But opens so easily to make a bed for extra people staying over. I would recommend a topper if its an Adult. Kids would be fine. We are really happy with it.
