Mostly solid desk, but poor shipping practices

Had all the pieces, assembly took one person about an hour, no problems with screws or other assembly items. Box was damaged during shipping and part number 4 (computer mount) was damaged. I contacted customer service as the directions specified and asked for a replacement part. They responded within 24 hours, and about 2 days later sent another email saying they could not find a replacement piece. They refunded me $20 for the damaged piece. I’m happy with the customer service for the most part, but disappointed as the computer mount was a deciding factor for me to purchase this desk over others. Thankfully it is not a necessary piece to build the remainder of the desk and it can be used without it. Desk is fairly solid, has a beautiful color, and the shelves are super useful for me. Overall, I’d say 4.5 stars.

    Nice Space

Instructions were great. I assembled the entire desk with no issues. The last step was to build the drawer - that went fine - Put the drawer in the tracks to slide it in place and the roller bearings fell out of the right side track. Had to remove the track, bend the metal to put the the bearings back in. Track seemed to roll nicely by hand, before putting the drawer back in place. Put the drawer back on the tracks and closed the drawer - you could hear a few bearings again fell out of and drop into the cabinet. I can use the drawer - it just cant be pulled all the way out. Im hoping it continues to work or the drawer will be useeless...................

    Awesome Desk

Really nice desk. I would build with a partner for faster assembly. Did it by myself in about an hour. Was really easy and straight forward. The desk holds both my monitors and consoles with no issues. The shelf on top is awesome and versatile. I highly recommend this desk to game or work from. My only problem that knocks it down a star is that some of the pieces came scratched up.

Its exactly as pictured and described, I love it!

I was able to put this together by myself in just a couple hours, the instructions were pretty clear. The only thing i had trouble with was the drawer, I ended up leaving it off just for more leg room and I put a tiny fiiling cabinet for more storage.

    cute and functional

This is actually quite a cute desk. Its not made from real wood, but it does seem to be really sturdy and its also nice looking, the wood doesnt bend or anything. I will say that unless you take good care of this, I can see it getting beat up quite a bit. But it is nice that you can move the little shelves around on the wire mesh area.

Works fine, but some things don’t line up perfectly so it can be difficult to install sometimes

It works great. Everything you’d need/expect. However, whether to manufacturing errors or something not all the holes/housings line up perfectly so installation can be very difficult at times. I’d recommend having an automatic drill and/or mallet.

    Terrible directions

I have never had such a difficult furniture set up. Lol I didnt pay attention to the time but I had time to have two movies playing in the background if that tells you anything, so it took maybe 3-4 hours to completely set it up. Overall, its a pretty good desk and fits really well in my bedroom and plenty of room for my art supplies and other projects! Im very happy with the outcome, it just needs better directions!

    WATCH VIDEO FOR DRAWER ASSEMBLY!

The product is nice looking but one corner did come damaged but its not a big deal to me. The instructions are okayish... The real kicker in the instructions is the drawer assembly. It does not at all explain how you can screw in the rails making it seem impossible. I have attached a video on how. It took me a good while of messing with it to figure it out. PART 1 OF VIDEO: I show what you are pulling out to take off the top rail so you have the reference. PART 2 OF VIDEO: I use the the Allen key provided to push the thing it rides on out. Once its out you can then mount the bottom rail to the specified plank in the instructions. PART 3 OF VIDEO: To put the rail back together you simply slide it back on the direction it was facing on the track itself. I know this description may seem redundant but some people may want some explanation of whats going on. I hope this helps someone in there assembly!
