Seems sturdy/ takes a bit to fully assemble

This arrives in multiple boxes so be sure you have all the boxes before you even think about assembling it. You will need two people to assemble it/ 3 would be better. No written instructions, just pictures/ which for a few spots was a little confusing (we found a couple diagrams that seemed to be mismarked). All the pieces were clearly marked, and although a pain to get out of the packaging the hardware was clearly all accounted for. We had several pieces with little dings and dents / no damage to the boxes so this was clearly done during manufacturing a/o packing. We did our best to bend back or shift those pieces to the less visible side. It comes with a solid curtain and mosquito netting/ and the wonkiest tie/back setup known to man. I will have to pull out the sewing machine and create my own to make this thing work like I would like. Thus far though, we are happy with it/ seems sturdy enough.

    Great product

Love this thing!! Came in a few boxes very well packaged no damage due to packaging!! Instructions are clear but some advice when putting the panels up. This is two person job just due to the bolts and nuts and spacers involved. With two people this could be assembled in about 8 hours I did 4 one day for frame and 4 for next day for panels but learned a few lessons. When you put panels in do not tighten till the end. Also do not do the overlaps till last. This will ensure you are lined up correctly first. The rain guards go in the Rail not above it so when sliding in sides make sure they go in the rails. When a side is complete you can tight down. I found a drill with Allan head to work the best instead of the key and also a regular wrench instead of one provided. One last thing for installing on the deck I used tie downs made for deck that allow me to tie down from each corner instead of just the bottom of the legs. This gives rigidity. In winds I would recommend it and piece of mind

Great looking and high quality but a bear to put up.

When my third Gazebo got wrecked by the wind I went with a hardtop model. Chose this one because of looks and price. It arrives in 4 separate boxes so wait for them all to arrive as the parts are spread out among them. It took me, my son/in/law and my teenage grandson about 7 hours to put it together. There are a lot of pieces and a ton of hardware. (Hint: Get a portable drill and a hex bit to make the process easier.) The assembly instructions are all pictures and sometimes it was difficult to determine the correct sequence of the installation. But overall it looks great and hopefully this one will withstand the wind. Looking forward to hanging my lights and enjoying a cold beverage in the shade.

    Dont purchase Home Service Installation

The Gazebo arrived promptly. I paid separately for an installation thru Home Services. The installation was cancelled by Home Services 2 days before the scheduled appointment. I had to scramble to quickly find another installer. Beware of purchasing s installation package. Over all, I am very please with the way the Gazebo looks once it was installed. Just make sure you have a firm surface to lock the legs to so it wont blow away in severe weather.

    Well made product.

This is a well made product and all the pieces fit well. All the fasters are included with a few spares. It took 3 of us to assemble it and about 4/5 hours. A couple of ladders are needed we had an 8 6 step, cordless drill/driver with hex bits and Phillips bit.

    Great outdoor escape.

Bought this product due to some of the good reviews. Not disappointed at all. Shipment was earlier than expected. All 4 boxes arrived at the same time. Remember there are 4 boxes to this kit. All boxes arrived with very little to no damage, just some surface breakage. No damage to any of the product. Since the product arrived earlier than expected, the build started earlier too. Took 5 hrs for myself to spread a tarp out (since building on my new resurfaced deck), spread out all the framing parts, inventory them, and build the complete frame. The instructions dont have text on them, but if you look them over carefully and study the parts, its a piece of cake. At least for me. I stopped at putting the roofing panels on, because it got warm and late in the day. 4 days later I put the roof on, by myself (well, wife handed some parts). Here is a small hint when putting the roof panels on. This helped me put them up and keep them up until time to bolt them on. Use the very long 6mm bolts and slide them in at the bottom of the panel, where the regular bolts go through. Just the bolts no nuts, they are there just to keep the panels in place until they are all up on one side. I only put a couple in each panel Then put the regulars bolts in with the spacers. I did this with the small top roof section and the large bottom section. Made it a one person job. The roofing part took another 3 hrs, but I was in no hurry. I did need help in getting the bolts and nut tight. Remember dont tighten all bolts until sections are level (uprights and angle brackets), all roofing supports are in, and also wait until all panels are in before getting them tight. Only had one problem with one hole, loosen a few bolts and everything came together. Been using it everyday. I recommend it.

Lasting money saver in long run

I like it because it is sturdy , strong and durable. It also can with stand the weather and sun. Pior to this I had to replace my soft top 3 times in 5 years.

    Buy it

I went ahead and paid someone to put this thing together and it took him 3 days. There is a video on youtube that you can watch because the instructors are seriously pictures only. Other than that I love it! It is really really nice. We drilled it to the deck so it will not move. It has rained and no water came through or anything. It was really windy as well and it stayed put. I am glad we got it! Perfect for the Jacuzzi!

Perfect fit for my space, seems well built

Found this as the best bang for our buck as nothing locally was available even though they were displayed in the stores. Few shipping saved us and it was a bit of a hassle with shipping but thats just the way it is these days. A few pieces had some minor bends but nothing that will structurally effect the unit. They included many extra screws and parts incase you lose a few and I would highly suggest you buy a separate 5/16 Allen key and a 10mm socket for the roof . It includes anchors for cement but we used tapcon masonry screws instead. Took me about 5 hours by myself and I had help for about 3 hours to assemble the roof and panels . Time will tell if this is going to hold up to the cry winds we get here in NJ. Im not sure removing 200 screws in the roof will help at all if it comes to it. Wife is happy. Happy wife happy life.
