Customer service is nothing. I need a new roof panel and NO ONE can seem to help.

Until the company comes up with a better design for the roof inserts sliding into the channel better. DO NOT BUY. Putting up the frame was not difficult. We were excited. THEN sliding the roof panels in, is a night mare. 1 1/2 hours for two sections. Ridiculous. They need to hire an engineer to design this better. Instructions are awful. No words, just pictures. I wish I would have gone with the the solid panels. This had better not leak or they will be buying it back and they will come take it down. Awful.

Tough roof assembly, but good overall

Ive only had this Gazebo up a week, so I cant comment on durability. The assembly of the frame and base was easy. The roof panel assembly was a bit of a nightmare. Very carefully examine each page and look for details in the pictures to help. Do one step at a time. Im still not sure how you can screw in the wedges with a drill in one of the final steps. Its pretty tight since you have to reach through the gap between the 2 roof levels with a drill to do so. It would have been so much easier if they put the wedges under the roof somehow. At the moment we dont have any leaks and it has survived a few strong gusts of wind. We only used the mosquito mesh, not the curtains, but I liked the tieback design. It looks nice overall, and will hopefully last.

    Good looking, and very sturdy

There were some bent corners on the roof panels, but easily straightened. Otherwise it arrived completely intact. Installation took 2 people about 10/12 hours, over two days. And as others have said, the roof panels can be tricky(the last one is nearly impossible), but it was done. Im very pleased with the finished product. And well see how it holds up over time.

Able to assemble in one day

Product was delivered quickly and without issues. Parts were labeled well. Instructions do not have written instructions but the illustrations are good and can be followed easily. Take your time and assembly will progress week. My wife and I were able to build it in only one day!

    Assembly near impossible.

The finished product is beautiful. Be prepared to get aggravated putting it together. It took three days with two guys. Directions are terrible.

Looks terrific and we have a new shady spot by the pool

We purchase this product knowing that assembly was required. We were prepared with the right tools and ladders. For the most part, assembly was easy. However the second to the last final step, adding the large roof panels was the most difficult task. The large panels wanted to slide out, even though we needed to wait and install them all before adding the frame that held them in place. At first, we used packing tape to hold them in place temporarily, but with the sun, the tape failed, sending 2 pieces to the ground. We quickly realized that we needed to use 8 long bungee cords, those worked perfectly. They allowed us to insert all the large roof panels, then follow up with the frame pieces that secured them. Adding the smaller panels, we were able to work from the inside, as the last step went easy until the last panel. Adding the last top panel was the hardest since we needed to use a ladder from the outside to get it in place. Make sure you have a tall and secure ladder for the last roof panel. After that, hanging the screens and drapes was easy. We really enjoy our new shady spot by the pool. Take our advice when assembling and you will be very pleased with the product.

    Nice Cover

Great Gazebo! No missing parts. No damage in shipping. Went together nicely. No problems. Will take two people to assemble and a good 4 to 5 hrs. I Would recommend it. Very sturdy and a full mesh and solid curtains. Thank you.

Need 3 or 4 people to assemble

Definitely a three man job. The instruction book had pictures of parts with no words, the boxes came separate with no return labels addresses or packing slip.
