I bought this chair to match my sofa, as the color swatch seemed perfect and reviews said true to color. I chose the down filling because I thought it would be softer. The chair arrived, color is not at all like the picture. The chair is so uncomfortable, rock hard. I cant return it because the chair arrived in a box that had to be broken away to get the chair out and there is no way I can rebox it to return. Very disappointed!
I am in love with this couch. Delivery was within 2 days of ordering which was amazing (possibly due to where I live). Quality is phenomenal. Weve had them for a month and I love them. We bought 2 Love seats due to a small living room. Pet hair clings to the fabric but its super easy to brush off with our hands or vacuum. Spots on the couch just take a damp rag to wipe off. So much better than our last couch.
Our last couch with our dogs and cats would need tons of deep cleaning anytime it had a spot. Had to whip out every stain remover we had. these couches just need water and it wipes away. Amazing! I read that in someone elses review and I was sold right then.
Will update in the future if anything changes but we love this couch and might order the chair!
I have 2 rotties and this couch is amazing. Motivated to write this after my bff spilled red wine on it a few days ago and it came out completely with just cold water on a rag. Impressive!
Delivery was quick and on time. Packaging was sturdy. Material is great. Color was a little orangier than we expected, but we really love the accent it adds to our space. It just got delivered today, but so far we love it!
The receiving part to screw the legs in doesnt work on two of the legs.
The material is cheap and shiny.
I would expect to pay about $600 for some thing of this quality, so its also ridiculously overpriced. Dont buy this couch.
This is the best internet furniture purchase Ive made . No regrets, very comfortable and love the fabric. Fawn is perfect for farmhouse look. I wish I wouldve bought it sooner. Will definitely buy the rest of the set. Love this sofa!!!
The comfort is ok, pretty firm, but not unbearable. The size and shape are right on par. My biggest grievance is that the linen color is much closer to a light grey. It is a very cool tone color and I was hoping for a warmer color, like the picture depicted.

Nice , but one side is slightly higher than the other. Doesnt really bother me. Easy to clean
