Unfortunately after 3 weeks, the seat cushion stitching is coming apart in multiple areas. Poor quality product. Needless to say, I returned the sofa. gets 5 stars for easy process for returns!!
Really, I would say that the price is comparable to other sofas I have seen. The stitching is uniform, with no noticeable imperfections. The straps that hold the rolled cushions could be better reenforced. I can see those separating from the back cushions in short time. Otherwise, seems sturdy. Not hard to get the legs on, no bad threads or anything when screwing them in.
Overall, I would say above what comes out of High Point, NC, or Low Point NC if you live there.
Delivery guys Best not said about them the better. I just hope they get into rehab before its too late.
Wasnt sure what to expect from a couch on , but I love it! Its on the more firm side, but I prefer that because I think it will hold up better over time. Very comfortable, looks amazing and I like it better than the designer couch I had before. Highly recommend. Delivery was great too! So nice to have someone bring it up the stairs and set it up for me.
Absolutely gorgeous and incredibly comfortable chair(s). Tried to show size from different angles. Theyre incredibly roomy and the cushions (bottom and back) are removable to wash. The only thing I wish they offered were armrest covers. Delivery was simple and the chairs were wrapped well; easy to slide through narrow door frames of our 125 year old home. LOVE THEM!
I bought this in June 2021. It was not my first choice, but delivery times for furniture is extremely backed up. Ive only had this sofa for 6 months and it is already wobbly after light use. Im barely home due to work. The fabric is also wearing out already.
I have a friend with the same sofa coincidentally and unfortunately, theirs is in the same condition.
We love these chairs BUT I wanted a color that was Pepper as listed. These chairs are definitely blue. A very soft navy color. Its not a color I wanted but the comfort of the chairs is bringing me around. Besides, how do you return 2 giant chairs. Disappointed but comfortable.
Ill start off this review by saying I absolutely love the way the couch looks. Its super modern and great value for the price. However this couch is VERY stiff. Im hoping itll break in over time as this is the best looking couch Ive ever owned.

Pleasantly surprised by quality

Disappointing; not worth it

Great chair. But the color has nothing to do with pepper!!

This chair is MASSIVE! I bought this to complete my set with the 86 sofa and ottoman. We absolutely love these. So comfortable.
