Comfortable, sturdy, easy to rock and looks really nice. Im 56 and the back is perfect to lay my head back and I reach the floor easily. We have it on wood flooring and it works well.
This item arrived with a big red pen mark right in the middle of the seat. The box it arrived in was pretty rough looked like it had been opened then put back together. I dont want to go through the hassle of returning the chair, but Im upset that the chair is already messed up.
Other than that it is a really attractive chair, the fabric is nice and seems good quality. Its not a soft cushiony chair but its sturdy and comfortable, with a nice high back. It was pretty easy to put together, although the holes for the legs and the base didnt quite line up nicely. Im hoping it doesnt scoot across the floor.
Its pretty comfortable but there are two things that bug me.
1. The part of the chair that hits the back of my knees can be uncomfortable at times
2. It MOVES.maybe its my rocking style or my carpet, I dont know. I use a stool because my feet dont hit the floor when I am sitting all the way back, but I rock and soon enough I am like a foot away from my end table. Drives me nuts. I have grip stuff on the bottom and it helps a bit but for heavens sake
Like most peoples reviews, the chair is great but very challenging to put together. I was able to build the chair alone but took awhile with picture instructions. Chair is exactly what I wanted though!
It looks nice, but it is not comfortable. Its a weird size. Bought it for my wife, who is pregnant, and she feels the same. Its pretty to look at, but not as comfortable as I expected it to be.
This chair is made well. The base is heavy and solid. I was surprised that it was made so well at this price point. It blends well with our West Elm and Restoration Hardware furniture at a fraction of the price.
Fantastic chair. Bought this for a nursery and so far its great (though the baby hasnt arrived yet so I havent spent more than a few minutes rocking in it). Looks exactly like the picture. Didnt have any problems with cracked wood or bad delivery. It was a bit annoying to put together but much better than the crib or furniture Ive bought. Im 54 and my husband is 6 and we both fit very comfortably in it. Highly recommend.
This is the third rocking chair for my daughters nursery (the first two were vintage hand-me-downs), and I cant believe I waited so long to buy one that suits me. Those first two make me appreciate this more, though! The chair is well-balanced and stable, and although it does rock, it isnt loose -- its very easy to get out of smoothly with a sleeping baby. The arms are low enough for nursing and the back is high enough to lean my head against. Its not an overstuffed chair but the padding is dense and supportive and very comfortable. And it looks great! And the footprint is modest. And the matching ottoman is very nice, too; Id been using a small vintage footstool, but the generously-sized, well-padded ottoman is much more comfortable. I like the oatmeal-colored, slightly textured fabric, although I wish Id treated it with Scotchgard before I began using the chair. My only complaint is that the bolts are a little finicky when youre putting it together.

Its lovely, works really well as my nursing chair
Its lovely, works really well as my nursing chair. Im 510 and the back is high enough to rest my head.
Comfy and cute
This chair is more comfortable than it looks! Very cute, I love it.
Excellent chair for the price
