The table is honestly really lovely to look at with its marble texture, there is a slightly gap between where the pieces meet but its not large enough to bother me while I work. When I first got this, setting up the table by myself was pretty rough at first/ Im fairly weak and honestly cant even lift 35 pounds without struggling with my noodle like arms/ and for some reason I couldnt for the life of me figure out how to connect the two ends together. The manual made it look rather easy, and it was! Yet at that moment I just couldnt wrap my head around it, and seeing how I built this table alone, it definitely took a couple tries at the start and a short break to think about the layout more throughly. Onwards though after I figured out how to connect the two pieces, it was pretty easy, and I felt incredibly proud of myself by the end!
Ive had this table for roughly 3 or so weeks?Honestly, Im loosing track of time with corona and work/but during the time Ive had this, it has been really nice, holding up strongly against all my art/work equipment and massive army of water bottles. I would definitely recommend following the manual and not tightening the screws too tight, since I had to make a couple changes along the way due to my carelessness. Be sure to check what type of screw youre using as well!
Thank you for reading.
The desk itself is quite nice but the assembly especially for the top bars is a pain and very confusing. The top bars all have holes in them and the directions only tell you that some holes should be facing up to attached the top boards but does not out line which set of holes should be be up. So when i thought i was done i noticed there gaps in the boards and the the cross supports did not fit. I now have to take apart the desk and find the right way to place the bars so the top boards fit properly and snug. I definitely would have rated it higher if it was not for confusing instructions.
When I received the shipment the box was torn and I was worried something would be damaged, but the packaging was very secure and everything was in tact and nothing missing! This desk is very simple and nice, easy to assemble and easy to move around if needed. I love this desk!
I was using a very small desk for my computer before buying this. Now that we are working from home, I wanted to upgrade to something larger. I thought having a L shaped desk would give me plenty more room to work with. Well, yes and no. The desk does give me more surface space than my older desk. In the pictures I posted, you can actually see my old desk on the right. More on that later.
When putting this together, I started to worry would I have enough space for my monitor, keyboard and mouse. I am happy to report that all three fit without issue. I dont feel nearly as cramped as on my old desk. I have a 23 inch monitor and I definitely would not be able to fit a second one on one side of the desk. That is where my old desk comes in.
At first, I was going to get rid of it. But I am glad I did not. This desk was not nearly as long as I had hoped for. However, my old desk was the perfect height. I put that to the right of it and now I have a full workstation. I do like the build of this new desk though. For the most part, it was easy to put together. I will say that one hole in the middle section did not line up with the screw. But everything else did, so I feel confident knowing that single hole is missing a screw. The desk is study so far and I love having my printer to the right of me.
Being 5 11, leg room is important to me. I have a shredder and filing cabinet to the left of me under the desk and I have not even come close to hitting them. I have plenty of legroom and then some. Overall, I am super happy with this desk. A few issues like the length of the desk and the hole that didnt line up correctly keep me from rating it five stars. If you already have a small desk in your room, I would advise keeping it and combining it to give you more surface space. But for the price, I cant complain too much.
Took my boyfriend about an hour to put together after reading the instruction book. Screws could have been more clearly labeled in my opinion but he had no problem with it. High quality metal and wood. No ply board. Boyfriend also believe this should be fairly easy to take apart and transport in future as well/ something I was unsure of before I received it. Hope this is helpful! Overall highly recommend.

Looks better than expected.
The wood grain top is beautiful, all in all worth every penny if not more.
Good quality for a decent price
Decently easy to put together with two people and Ive been building my PC on it and not so much as a wobble has been felt.
Came late and with missing items
The order came a couple days late and had no screws or instructions.
missing screws and instructions page
Recieved product with no instructions and missing screws
Easy together, easy apart
