After enduring three months of unfavorable cold and wet weather, we finally found a day suitable for setting it up. However, just two weeks into its use, the children brought this issue to my attention. Despite my efforts to enforce strict rules such as allowing only two jumpers per turn and prohibiting anyone from standing on the outside, the product, for which I invested considerable money after reading positive reviews, started showing signs of wear and broken parts. The relatively short duration before encountering these issues is a bit disappointing, given my expectation for durability.
The net components frequently dislodge, requiring constant readjustment after every jump. I regret purchasing this product, especially considering it's not even a year old.
Despite the claim of being suitable for indoor use, the trampoline's size and structure make it impractical for indoor settings like parks, kindergartens, or toddlers' play areas. The size may not be suitable for smaller indoor spaces.
I've had this 10-foot trampoline for exactly 6 months now. Putting it together and stretching the trampoline fabric required the effort of three adults. While the trampoline itself and the metal components seem to be in good condition, the accompanying pad and safety net are exhibiting noticeable signs of wear and tear. Despite what I would consider light usage (kids under 10 playing around two or three times a week at most), the non-metal parts are showing serious wear.
We spent quite a few hours putting together the net, and overall, it appears to be well-constructed and attractive. The only drawback is that it arrived with a noticeable white stain in the middle. Despite our attempts to clean it with water and soap, the stain persists. Due to the item's size and weight, returning it isn't a straightforward option. We've reached out to the seller and are awaiting their response. I'll provide an update on the review once we hear back from them.
After a few months of regular use, the product appears to be quite durable. The only problem we encountered was with the zipper on the enclosure and the ribbon that secures the zipper broke and frayed after the initial use. It's too cumbersome to go through the hassle of removing it to request a replacement.
The assembly process was overly complicated, even with the included ladder. The instructions were not clear, and some parts didn't fit together seamlessly. It made the initial setup frustrating and time-consuming.
Taking the trampoline down for storage or transport proved to be a hassle. The disassembly process was not as user-friendly as expected, with some parts requiring excessive force, making it an inconvenient choice for those needing a portable option.
The support bar broke after barely leaning on it. Daughter was jumping and used the bar to catch her fall, and the entire bar broke at the t-bar joint. Can’t find it and can’t get a replacement. Only been used a couple times. Seems cheap!!!
It produced more noise than anticipated during use. The constant squeaking and creaking became bothersome, especially for indoor use. The lack of effective noise dampening features was a notable drawback.

All good except a big white stain on the net
