The product received at my doorstep doesn't live up to the quality depicted in the pictures. The most significant frustration arose during the process of attaching the safety net to the Trampoline's base. In their promotional video, this step appears almost magically completed. However, in reality, you are provided with an exceptionally long rope that requires intricate weaving, consuming approximately 2 hours at the conclusion of the installation. A redesign of the instructional process is necessary, as each step seems straightforward until reaching the final stages, where a considerable amount of time is dedicated to the tedious weaving task.
Setting up the net was a breeze, and it looks great. However, I've noticed some durability issues after just two days of light use. The tarp-like sleeves that hold the poles are already showing signs of tearing. While the appearance is impressive, it seems the material used is not of the highest quality. Potential buyers should be aware that this net may not have a long lifespan.
I was taken aback by its lack of stability. It's not the most sturdy structure, and when I jump on it, I feel a bit unsteady. However, I don't fear it collapsing or anything. Despite its wobbliness, it serves its purpose well, and the kids really enjoy it.
This morning, my 6-year-old, who weighs around 45 lbs., accidentally bent one of the support poles for the trampoline net. Fortunately, I managed to straighten it back out, but it does raise concerns about the overall durability of the trampoline.
Purchased this for our kids as a Christmas gift. Initially, they were thrilled with it. However, over time, we've noticed that the quality is not up to par, and surprisingly, our children seem to favor our older, less impressive trampoline over this new one.
We absolutely adored our trampoline! It was a fantastic birthday gift for our 6-year-old, and with a 1 1/2-year-old in the mix, it added so much joy to our backyard. Living in hot Houston, Texas, our trampoline became a favorite activity. However, we encountered an issue when the threads holding the springs on the trampoline mat broke. Despite our children being on the petite side for their ages, they experienced a sudden fall to the ground while jumping. Thankfully, they weren't injured, but it certainly frightened them. Now, we're on the hunt for a replacement mat and springs because the company doesn't offer a kit for these specific items.
Although we initially enjoyed the trampoline for the first five months, it didn't withstand the harsh Arizona summer conditions. Unfortunately, the net didn't last even one season, as the straps securing the metal triangle-shaped bracket that connects the springs tore off. This posed a safety risk for my 8-year-old, who almost fell through the gap.
While the trampoline itself is enjoyable, the quality of the steel bars supporting the netting leaves much to be desired. We've had to replace the fourth steel bar, as they all have a tendency to bend and break. The disappointment lies in the subpar quality of the materials used. Surprisingly, it has proven more cost-effective to purchase a new trampoline altogether than to continue replacing the faulty steel bars.
This trampoline is decent – it's safe, quite sturdy, and assembly isn't too bad. However, I strongly suggest opting for the larger version. You'll thank yourself later. Unless your space is extremely limited and this is the only size that fits, go for the 12 or even 14-foot option. Despite the fact that my kids are not tall, we, being a shorter family, regret not choosing a larger size.
Assembling this was not an enjoyable experience; the instructions provided were practically useless. The legs feel quite flimsy, and to make matters worse, they only included enough washers for half of the bolts—particularly the ones at the top. I'm curious to see how well it withstands my kids' rough treatment.

Not super sturdy, but fine for little kids

Only lasted a year and a half!

Didn’t last one summer in Arizona

It's smaller than you think

worthy of the cost... not much more.
