I ordered this chair at the end of March 2021. Chair was delivered when it was supposed to be and came with all parts and instructions. Issues I have with the chair started a few weeks after I assembled it. I started noticing I was leaning to the left a little bit due to the seat leaning that way, have not found a way to fix the lean. Now not sure if that lean contributed to the next issue or not, but the other night I was reaching for something on my desk and I heard a pop from the seat area and now everytime I move or change position the chair creaks or squeaks , its quite annoying. Tried tinkering with the chair for a hour or so last night, almost completely disassembled and reassembled the chair and its still making noise. Seems the noise is actually coming from inside of the seat itself, not sure it can be fixed without replacing the seat. Will reach out to manufacturer before I start shopping for another chair.
The seller reached out to me a few hours after I contacted them. Unfortunately, the best they could do was give me a 50% refund on my purchase. Happy to get some of my money back, but I cant stand a squeaky chair so I will still be looking for another.
After moving to my new apartment, this chair is the best decision I made. It is vey comfortable for both working and playing my games on my desktop. Especially the design of the small pillow. Additionally, I like the color as well, it matches my room style very well. It is worth to purchase this product.

This is a good gaming chair. Easy to assemble, could be done within half an hour by one person once you follow the instructions. Very sturdy and comfy. I bought it for the foot rest, which is in line with my personal requirements. The length of the footrest can be adjusted, which is exactly what I want. Before I bought it, I saw in the review section someone said that the layer is very thin, but I didnt notice this problem. It is thick and the cushion is comfortable. Im working remotely now which meaning I have to seat at least 8hrs on this chair. No prob at all. Recommended.
The gaming chair is easy to assemble just like the normal office chair. You could lie on the chair when you need a good rest. It is very stable and good quality. The pad under the chair would be a good support for your leg and feet.
Update!!! They refunded me and offered to send new chair. So I must say that this customer service has worked hard to please me. I never leave bad reviews but the metal on this chair literally broke apart within one year of purchase. My boyfriend is the only one that uses this chair and he only weighs 165 lbs. Dealing with the company to get a new product has not been fun either. They respond in a timely manner but it seems as if its a computer responding with the very poor text and grammar. Hard to understand the emails and they claim they dont have any in stock to exchange for me after they offered the exchange and I can see they have some in stock. They offered me $30 LOL
The chair quality is very good, but also more comfortable, massage effect is very good, get to relax, put the design of legs and feet is very good，Suitable for students and esports players who sit at a computer desk for a long time

Part broken
When we were putting it together the plastic part that keeps the arm rest from rattling was broken. The chair is nice and my son really likes it!
