Ive had this chair for a little over a year. Surprisingly, the base plate broke on me. Not sure why, but hey stuff happens. I contacted the seller and they immediately shipped me replacement parts free of charge, including instructions on how to change it. Stood behind their product, which says a lot about them as a seller.
Pros:
1. Easy to assemble.
2. Nice design.
3. High quality PU leather.
4. Tall backrest.
5. Comfortable for someone who 6ft 2in 200 lbs.
Cons:
1. Armrests are too low. If they could be 1 inch taller in the max elevation, they would be great.
2. Chair feels narrow in the thighs. If the main sitting pillow could be just 0.5-1 wider, that would be perfect.
Missing nice-to-haves:
Armrest shape could be better. Ditch-like surface would be better than flat armrest surface.
Its a shame to give such a great chair 4 stars, but the cons mentioned above are really annoying.
I hope vendor will make adjustments, so the new buyers can get a perfect chair.
Wow! Great chair and very comfortable, Ive been using it for gaming as well as school and super comfortable! The reclining part of the chair and the leg extension makes it great for long term gaming as well as just being on the computer! Definitely recommend to anyone!
i bought this chair because of my old office chair (more expensive than this one) really drove me crazy with the hard cushion after sitting for long days. Then i bought the portable cushion to save myself. Then i realized that a gaming chair might be best fit for me. This one is really comfortable with adjustable arms. I could sit for full 8 hours and never feel butt pains again. Looking at price and quality, i am pretty satisfied.
Easy to put together took about 30 min. I love the look.no squeaks feels very solid and price was fair what more could you ask.I saw a 1 star review from Melody couldnt find the screws, there already in the chair she would have known that if she had read the instructions i hope she figured that out.
I am suffering from back pain and fatigued muscles. I relieved my pain until I got this chair. I have been worried about the quality of the chair before I ordered it since I have seen many many one star reviews. I finally got it after I had compared the price to the other similar chairs. Up to now, it surprised me a lot. I have to say, this chair is very comfortable and the quality is not so bad. The chair is very easy to assemble and I spend more than 4 weeks testing this chair, everything still keeps perfect. The base is sturdy, the armrest is stable, and the backrest is adjustable.
I was sitting in this chair to work, watch TV, and play video games. My children and my parents sometimes would sit and told me the chair was very good and they also wanted it, but they didnt want to share the chair with me because they always need to adjust the backrest before they sit down.
The retractable padded footrest can offer me real rest as I can hold my feet on it. The only thing useless for me is the USB electric massager inside the lumber cushion. Since the massager is not specialized, it does nothing relieve on your back pain; however, it does not affect me, so I just ignore this function.
Overall, this is a great chair which offers me relaxing work condition at home. I would keep post on it if I have any new experience of this chair. I hope my comment could really assist people who are hesitant to order this chair.
Most of the reviews about this chair happened to me as well. Since the price is comparatively low, I did not expect that much at first place. Hope the manufacture could add more support to the back of the chair.
