Update Two: I received my new parts and the chair is good as new. Defiantly would recommend this chair as it is the best bang for your buck. The added footrest and massage pillow make all the difference and customer service was excellent!

I bought this chair for my college dorm so it sat in the box for a few months until I moved in for the fall semester and already the welds and brackets that hold the seat onto the wheels all broke and the chair is no longer usable. I only got two and a half months of use and now unless I can find some way to fix it Im just out the money. I did really like the chair while it lasted as the USB back massager and pull-out footrest were really nice but I am extremely disappointed in the quality and hope to hear back from the company.
Comfort gaming chair, and easy to assemble. The customer service is also great. And the adjustable armrests are my favorite part.
However, one problem is that the castors are not stable, meaning that sometimes one of the castors falls off somehow when I am sitting on the chair or moving the chair. Another issue is that the back part is not firmly fastened as it would move down from time to time so that I have to move it up every few days.
Overall, I think that it is a great gaming chair.
I bought this for my boyfriends birthday back in July and he absolutely loves it. He uses it everyday while on the game. And the assembly was super easy even came with a pair of gloves. Really nice
