The chair is finally received! Every time I use the computer for a long time, I get back pain. My friend recommended it. I hope it can be improved. The appearance is very good, not worse than 2~3 hundred dollars! awesome!!!
Love the chair. nice to look at, I sit in it at least 10 hours a day as I work from home (due to the pandemic of course) and noticed one morning my arm on the right side was peeling. thankfully I bought the warranty I said, happy with myself for doing so.
Well, needless to say I have been fighting with them for a couple months now to please fix, replace, repair the arm as the warranty clearly states will cover accidental rips and tears. I sent them pics, videos, everything they asked of me. Even sent them a copy of my warranty. They said, sorry rips and tears are not covered. I have disputed this and now they are like, ok send me more pics and another copy of your warranty.. I did.. they have now said they will look into this and let me know in 30 days. so will update when I get info.
Just know that if you get these, dont waste your time on warranties and learn to fix them yourself.
Very easy to assemble! I play league of legends for hours every day! This chair help me a lot . Whenever Im tired,I can lie down for a while and my arm height can be adjusted by myself!!

I figured that getting a gaming chair would be the best option since I also game in my free time and these chairs have a good reputation for sitting long hours at a time .This gaming chair caught my eye because the price is at a nice affordable range unlike many others that I saw around online and in-store. My first impression was how easy it was to assemble. The process took less than 20 minutes and the manual was really helpful since it was clear and easy to follow. The chair is a lot more comfortable than my previous chair which gave me the instant relief. It has just the right amount of cushion and firmness. The armrest is in the perfect position and height. The massage pillow is a neat add on. The wheels are really smooth and letrs me freely move around. I look forward to more comfortable working and gaming sessions for years to come.
I recently ordered a desk and gaming monitor for my room. I was hesitant to order a chair online because I was worried about the quality. However, I am glad I did. This chair is high quality for a good price. The arm rests are adjustable, it reclines well, and the overall comfort is nice. The massage feature is more of a vibration. The assembly was simple, and took about 30 minutes. One important feature is that it can be pushed underneath my desk, and this chair had no problem doing that. I am 511 and 210 pounds and had no issue with the comfort of the chair.
