The headrest is not that comfortable, and I have only used the massage a couple times. The seat padding is pretty stiff and my ass gets sore after a few hours of sitting. I only used the leg rests a few times and its pretty much stayed under the chair after the first 2 weeks of using it since it takes effort to sit with legs extended without a foot rest.
One of the t-bars for the printer shelf was bent ! I put it together but dont think its going to last ! It bent back but looks like its going to break apart! I put duct tape to strengthen and keep together!
If i didnt wait so long and need I wouldve returned but like I said I need it! I would rather a new desk with no issues but I need it I have classes to start!
You tell me what if anything can be done and not inconvenience my classes! I wanted to be able to put printer on the shelf since I am limited with space! Now I have to put on ground and walk over!
Update: After I contacted the seller, within 2 days this company shipped out the necessary parts for free. Their response times were excellent. As for my actual review. The chair is pretty comfortable as long as you use the pillows provided. The arm rests do not adjust to the side so if youre on the heavier side I can see this becoming uncomfy. Not sure about the leg rests, they arent long but not unstable per se. Most of the other reviews are people saying they expect it to come loose with none of them actually becoming loose. All in all I do not regret my purchase.
This was bought for me as a gift and Ive used this chair for nearly 2 weeks and the gas cylinder apparently just gave out completely. Im by no means a heavy male (only 130 lbs) No heavy use and the gas cylinder which allows the chairs height to be adjusted has just stopped. The lift pedal is stuck permanently in the up position and the chair is stuck in the lowest position possible. I would attempt to repair it but its too much work.
Love this chair. The leg rest was a great addition I didnt think i would use. It is slightly shorter than I would like but that is fine. Might be an issue for people over 6 feet. The massager is about what you would expect from a usb but it isnt bad. Love the adjustable arms and the pillows they give. Allows me to relax and not have my back tense while I game.

So I bought this chair with the hopes that it will properly support my back, as I get lower back pain fairly easy. I had a problem with the chair out of the box, but support was kind enough to sort it out for me.
My experience with customer support:
I had an issue with the seat cushion that customer support helped me with. There was a big depression or like a section of cushion missing right where the seat meets the back support. I think the way it was packaged another part was squeezing the cushion and deformed it or something. This made it hard to sit properly in the chair, and put my back at a weird angle as my butt was sloping down, a little hard to explain.
Anyways customer support issued me a full refund on the chair and is sending me a seat cushion replacement after seeing some pictures and video. They were really quick to respond and it was very very nice of them to refund me for the chair.
Chair review:
The chair itself was very easy to put together, and has a very feel to it. The armrests are nice and adjustable. You can move them up and down and rotate them to adjust the angle (a feature I was specifically looking for). The seat itself has two adjustment levers, one for the angle of the back and another for the height. I was hoping the chair would be able to lean back on a spring without having to adjust the backrest, but not having it isnt a big deal for me.
The extendable leg rest is very nice as well. It easily slides out and and is great for a short break from working or gaming. The back massager is ok as well. It is a very simple vibrating massager, but it comes with a very long usb cable and feels good.
Outside of the issue with the seat cushion the chair is very comfortable. Ive placed another cushion on the seat to make up for the depresion for the time being.
The only negative I would give this chair is that it is all leather or PU or something. The seat cushion can retain a bit of heat and sometimes make the bottom of my thighs and butt sweaty. Other than that the chair is very nice.
I highly recommend this chair. A very great deal for the price.
