I have had this set up of bunk bed for over 2 in half years now and we love it. It fits perfect in our room. (Mine and my kids) During our stay home order me and the kids redid our room and removed the bunk beds and now have our beds spaced out! What we are thinking off adding is an extra twin size bunk to the bunk that we already have but only need a top piece how can we go about ordering something that will fit this set up but only need one twin top bunk.
The furniture is easy to assemble and looks beautiful after finish. However, it had strong chemical smell and even me and my hubby felt uncomfortable staying around the new bed frame. Since it looks cute and sturdy, we decided to give it a second chance. However, after airing out for more than 3 months in an almost empty bedroom with open window, the chemical smell is still very noticeable, especially with close door and window. I will not let my toddler sleep on this furniture and now have to throw it away. Do not waste your money on this unsafe furniture for your kids!!!
Came with deep scratches/indentations...but the desk is way bigger than we expected. The corners of the boards that support the mattress arena little sharp. Be prepared to file those corners and touch them up with the same color stain you might be touching up some surface scratches or filling with wood filler. This thing is heavy as hell in the box... nearly impossible for one person to move alone.
The bad... Terrible images/instructions with the manual. It has twin size and full size beds a certain size on the first page. The twin size is then scaled to the size of the full size on the next pages complicating the installation of the side panels. Many items were stickered with no printed ink on them. One item was mislabeled. There is no mention of the side board rails needing to be a certain orientation, but you will notice once placing part Q that the orientation absolutely matters as the side rails have markings (not predrilled holes) for wood screws. Lots of assembly, disassembly, and reassembly involed. Aggravating to say the least.
The good... It is quality wood and is solid as a rock once assembled. Nice uniform color.
This bed is perfect for my little girl transitioning from a crib. It is sturdy and can be set up like a daybed or a regular bed. It sits at the perfect height off the ground so she can get in and out with no trouble. Its also a great price for the quality.

Value for cost but few cracks/dents in pieces
It is very decent for the cost. Howeverit came with 2 cracks and 1 dent in the pieces. We have been waiting for it for a month, so we wont return it.
Do NOT Buy! Chemical smell even after 3 months!!!

Sturdy but the provided instructions are not very clear.
