I love the Gazebo. The bracing poles were bent from shipping however the company has reached out to me to compensate me for that problem. It took 2 of us about 6 hours to put it together. The instructions arent the best past 3 but you can figure it out. Id also recommend reading the reviews as there are a lot of helpful tips for assembly on there. Overall Im very satisfied. I would definitely recommend Gazebo sand bags to weight the legs down or bolting into something.
Instructions on putting the canopy on and installing the screen/ were not clear. No verbiage with poor drawings didnt help.
Seems to be built well with good bracing. Needs more support for the canopy water pools in center on each long sides and trying to come up with a solution. When the water pools the top pulls loose and dumps the water inside. Needs more support or drain holes. Assuming I instal it correctly which I believe I did.
Contrary to what I saw in the other reviews, all of the pieces lined up perfectly. I set this up myself (Im a 53 female). Yes, I used a ladder. It turned out just as I had hoped and I plan on using it often!
Would of gave it 5 stars except I dont like the drain holes in the roof fabric. Doesnt make sense. Other than that it seems pretty sturdy. I live in FL where dinosquiters and winds are relentless. I will screw base feed into deck to save it from high winds.
Love the color and set up design. Does take a minimal of 2 people to set up, we used 3 and it was perfect.
I really wanted to give this 5 stars because ultimately I love it, however, were constantly pulling the canopy corners down when its either windy or rains a lot. Would be more ideal to have clips in place for this. Theres one spot that seems to collect the rain and its a little stretched out there. Hoping it will shrink back up when it warms up more! Were in Montana so hoping thats sometime soon!
A little tricky to put together, definitely needed a few people, however, once assemb it was very sturdy and a great size.
My only issue was that the canopy had to be stretched so tightly over the frame that it tore. Luckily customer support from the company was really fantastic. They contacted me and shipped me a replacement canopy.
Very pleased with my purchase. One of the best looking Gazebos I have had.
The vent portion of the canopy does not fit. It is short by 3 inches at one corner. I am unable to contact the seller with the chat feature and dont seem to have any other recourse. Hopefully, someone reading this will contact me and help me find a remedy.
The remedy was to unlock the support bar that was too long preventing the vent canopy from being secured. The support bar was then shortened, the vent canopy was looped over the bar per the illustration (no written directions are given) and secured.
The Gazebo is now fully functional and looks great. It has good head room and is big enough for four chairs, two of which are Adirondack rockers. The other two chairs have foot rests. Even with all this, there is plenty of walking around room. The screening keeps bugs out and allows good viewing of our backyard bird activity. We have applied waterproofing to the canopy and await the first rain to see how the structure holds up.
Item arrived pretty much unscathed and damage/free; phew! The box was 100 lbs so be prepared to get help moving and installing. You WILL NEED at least 1 additional person. This is a so pretty cumbersome. Originally had a from a box store, which lasted about 5 years. This item was 1/2 the price, larger, and had good reviews.
Cons: 1/material (aluminum) seems thinmuch more thin and less beefy than the one I purchased 5 years agocost saving measures from manufacturer? We shall see
2/no hook. Sad. Can not hang our outdoor fan
Pros: 1/LOTS of parts to use/by that I mean if one part breaks over time, I assume you can just replace that ONE part versus having everything welded together from factory. Easier to ship a smaller replacement piece versus a large skeleton piece.
2/nice thick metal reinforcement braces provided for where the aluminum frame connects to one another
3/larger than typical box stores item. 1 extra foot really does matter
4/nice fabric material for roof, eaves, poles, etc. fabric and doesnt appear to be cheap or thin
Instal (with 1 helper human) in 3 hours. Directions OK to follow. Just go slow people!
We shall see how she does over this spring and summer months.
Tip/ DEFINITELY anchor this baby somehow. See photo. I used a tree downhill with rope as a lateral anchor so she doesnt move during the gusty wind patterns here in NJ. I also fil 1 gallon water/milk jugs w sand and marble chips and zip tied them to each base of the legs for more weight anchoring. She isnt moving ANYWHERE! lol
update 10/2021 / this patio Gazebo has held up remarkably during a few thunderstorms and wind storms the past year or so. The metal structure remained on the ground w the help of added sand bag weights attached to each leg. The canopy fabric also held up. No rips or tears at the seams, either. Good product.

Frame is built well. Fitting of canopy needs improvement. Overall happy with purchase.

Use a ratchet screwdriver with an Allen wrench bit.

Need good people to put together.
