Awesome bed. Great quality. Put together rather quickly. Solid construction. Kids love it. I love it. The drawers in the stairs are huge for all of their stuff. The kids love the shelves on the side of the stairs. I shopped for a while for a twin over full bunk with a staircase. I was unsure buying sight unseen, but boy, I'm glad I did. It was between this one and one I saw at a furniture store. This one was cheaper, came in the color I wanted and was delivered for free. Sure I had to put it together, but it was well worth it. It's the type of bed that makes me wish my kids would never grow up. Super happy with the bed.
Fantastic bunkbed. Be sure to measure the bedroom, though because this bed is very long with the stairs. The step drawers are an added bonus. And, the best part is that now has an option to have someone qualified come to your home and assemble this monstrosity. Was well worth the added cost to have a professional assemble. The parts came in multiple boxes, but all pieces were delivered.
This bed is larger than expected, but our son loves it! I love the drawers and the storage. The customer service from was great as one piece from the bed we purchased wasn't adequate. I don't like that the screws are so easily visible, I wish they were the same color as the bed so that they blended in a little better.
EXCELLENT customer service!!!! Delivered within specified timeframe. Unfortunately 2 parts were missing and one part was a little damaged. Emailed seller and within an hour or so got a response and shipment confirmation of replacement parts. I could not be happier with my purchase. The bed is VERY sturdy and just as pictured. I highly recommend! Ps: make sure to meassure the space where you plan to place bed BEFORE you order. We didn't do that so now I have to turn the whole room around to make it work. This bed (twin over full) ended up a little on the big side for the kids tiny room.
Purchased this one year ago and wanted to give it time and use before giving a comment on the product. It is very nice, seems sturdy, and has plenty of storage, but there are problems with the build and storage cabinets. My 2 girls (7 year old and 2 1/2 year old) sleep and use the storage on the bed. The bottom draws are flimsy and do not stay in place as they should. The bottom portion is a thin piece of particle board that literally falls out of place if the clothes are too heavy or there is any pressure applied. The other concern is that bolts that were used (installed according to directions and tightened with a screw gun) have fallen out, out of nowhere. I have had days where my girls came in and asked what is this referring to a bolt or screw for the bed. Its scary and worrisome because you have to search for where it came from. I would not recommend because my childrens' safety is more important than anything else.
I looked all over and was reluctant to buy furniture online, but it is exactly what we needed! The drawers are really deep, so it actually fits all their clothes. Perfect for my 6 and 9 yr old girls. We use 1 drawers for shoes and the other for games and toys, but I'm going to see about getting a trundle for my son who refuses to sleep alone in his room. We purchased the assembly. They sent a company that must not have had any experience with furniture assembly because it took the 2 of them more than half a day, way longer than I was expecting, but I'm really glad we didn't do it!
We've had this bunk for a couple of months now and we love it. It's actually pretty darn sturdy and the storage is perfect since we live in a very old historic home which has no storage or closets. The kids love sleeping in this. Super happy. I will say that putting it together is NO JOKE.
I cant comment on assembly because we paid a friend to put it together because our schedules just didnt allow for it. It took him about 4 hours on his own to do so which feels pretty fair for a project of this size with one person! I think I love this bed more than my 3 and almost 7 year olds do! Though, they do both adore their new bed. I am all about extra storage so I was very particular when looking for a bed and I knew I wanted the staircase format because of the youngest only being 3, it just makes me feel safer. The drawers are so spacious and open so easily and I love the storage cubbies on the side! One holds their Echo and their diffuser with plenty of depth to spare for size reference. I love the anti slip strips on the steps especially since the wood is very slick and smooth. As far as sturdiness, I am impressed. I exceed the recommended weight for the top bunk but it does not waver if I have to climb up to get the 3 year old out of bed in the morning (she sneaks up there to sleep with her big sister sometimes). I was very skeptical about buying a bed online so I still went and looked around at local furniture stores and the ONLY bed I found that provided the extra storage I liked and the staircase style steps was about $600 more than I paid for this bed and it did NOT include the delivery fee. Im happy I went with this bed and saved the extra money. The quality seems to be about what youd get from a furniture store but you can save some money in the process! The boxes it comes in are VERY heavy (to be expected) but I also really like that each box is labeled with what parts are inside and the box that includes the directions tells you that!! That was something I was absolutely not expecting. I would definitely recommend this bed. (P.S. we ordered Aveline 8 mattresses off of for both bunks and they fit great! While I havent slept on them, they seem to be working great for the kids).
