It took about 4 hours for 2 people to build. It was definitely not the easiest to assemble. The split a piece of wood trying to screw in a screw and a small chunk of wood broke off the corner. I was missing hardware and given extras of others. All in all, my kids love the bed though.
I like these beds they are easy to install and are sturdy, the paint job isnt the best but it can always be painted. One thing I did have to add was an under cover for the top bunk small wood chips were falling on bottom bunks

It took about 9 hours to put together. The slides sides didnt want to cooperate so there was damage done trying to shove the pieces together. Other than that the quality is good and the beds are sturdy. I would recommend this to a friend.
Save yourself the headache..DO NOT BUY!!! Halfway through putting the bed together, I noticed there were missing pieces of hardware and missing instructions for top bunk and slide assembly. I had to go out and buy 20 screws and bolts just to realize more hardware wasnt included later on. I wouldve sent it back for a refund if I had not already put so much energy into taking everything out of boxes and if my kids werent so excited about theyre new bed. Ive yet to receive a response from the manufacturer about the missing instructions so that I can buy the missing hardware and fully complete assembly. Some pieces also came scratched, as if they had been used already.
We are very happy with our purchase and the kids couldnt be more excited. We didnt have to wait long for it to arrive. It was easy to put together. Kids love to climb it and have fun on the slide.
I have my doubts when I purchase this. But after assembling it, its actually a good buy my 2 boys loved it, the steps is not to high and very sturdy. Its like a beginners bunk bed for my 2 boys . The bunk itself is not too high just about right for a 4 and 5 yrs old .

Several of the boards had small dings or splinters and one board has a split in it (small enough to fix with some wood glue). There was also one large screw missing (easy enough problem to solve). The slide is also a bit steep, I recommend a crash pad at the bottom. For the price it's not a bad bed, we purchased it for our 2 and 3 year old and they really enjoy it so far and it is definitely sturdy enough for little ones.
The quality is nice. Very sturdy and all real wood. No cheap partical boards. Was a bit tricky to assemble, definitely takes 2 people and several hours. A lot of pieces and some predrilled holes didn't quite line up. Overall, very good piece of furniture for the price.
