I thought when I got it the lumbar thing was neat BUT it sounds to people on the other end of a Zoom meeting like I have a vibrator going ( no judgement on why they seem to know that sound ). The usb wire for it makes it difficult to move the chair around with it plugged in. Otherwise this is a great chair.
If you are looking for a decent office or gaming chair that is not too expensive, I totally recommend this one. I actually use it to work, but since I spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer I needed a comfortable chair (which is the case here). Very easy to assemble (took me 10minutes with the aid of a drill screwer). I was not expecting much on the massage thing, but it totally worth it! I got free massages every day :D
Pros: Comfortable, good looking, neck pillow is nice, foot rest and ability to recline a long way (you can almost lay flat), easy to assemble, lumbar pillow with the massage feature works as well as expected. It was a nice little touch. Leather has held up well and colors havent faded.
Cons: Poor welds on the arm rests that didnt even last 6 months. Very Squeaky back rest/seat. Seat is also breaking after ~8 months *******EDIT******* While this was true, I emailed the company and they sent me a new seat at zero expense and its basically back to brand new.
I bought the chair about 8 months ago to use while Im in grad school because I needed something comfortable to sit in for 12+ hours per day. It was great for the first month or two. Easy to assemble and comfortable, but it has very quickly deteriorated. The right arm broke at the weld that is located inside of the seat and now the portion that that arm was connected to is coming lose causing the right third of the seat to shift and become unstable. Im not a big guy (180lbs/81kg) so I dont think my weight should be an issue here. It has also gotten extremely squeaky/creaky.
Two stars for the price paired with the lack of longevity.
****UPDATE****
After a very quick email to the company they replaced the broken portion of the chair free of charge and all aforementioned issues have been resolved. The customer service was great and fast!
Great value for the money I spent. Only areas Id improve are the armrests(they feel like they arent terribly strong) and the caster wheels, they dont slide on my wood floors very well. Other than that, for what I paid, I love it.

I bought this for my bf and he loves it. He said the extra pillow provides great support and comfort, even when it isnt turned on to massage. He likes the full armrests and added footrest. Great product for the $$.
The two cushions for lower back and neck support are stiff and push my back in uncomfortable areas. I found taking it off to be much more comfortable than leaving it on. The built in massage function isnt really up to snuff either. Its just a vibrator

My son loves it Ive used it a few times sitting at his desk and its very comfortable. Wish I could have one at my work desk.
