Do not hesitate best chair for the value. Plus they sent it fedex I received it two days after I ordered it for no additional charge. My friend had this chair and recommended it to me. Its a great chair for gamers which translate its perfect for my long hours doing zoom. So glad I bought this chair. Easy assembly I followed the instructions it took me less than an hour. I love the massager feature. I bought a new desk from costco called Tresanti which has two usb ports so I have my chair plugged into it. I love this chair very comfy.

Pros:
I like the large padded armrests for support of your mouse arm. Styling is moot as I dont really care for the "gamer" style that is plastered all over crap nowadays, so I just went with white/black. I bought this for better lumbar support and the neck pillow over my previous chair. I do really enjoy the car seat shape that hugs your body. Assembly went off without a hitch.
Cons:
Kinda nitpicky but worst is the seating surface has thick enough padding but its hard and not comfortable for more than a short while. If youre working from home for hours your rump will thank you for an added pillow. Im only 58" 180lbs but being bigger wouldnt solve this as the chair fits me perfectly. If youre larger/heavier look for something else, this is going to be too small.
While on the height point the neck pillow strap points are too low. When I sit down its on my shoulder blades like the chair was designed around someone 5ft tall so I have to manually slide it up every time. Every time I lean forward to grab something off the desk it slides back down. I may just end up removing it or figure a way to hold it up higher. Nit picky, yes, but still obnoxious.
Leg rest is clunky and feels like an afterthought. Feels like it would bend under any real weight and I find myself not even using it.
Armrests feel flimsy and I fear them breaking if I use them to get out of the chair. My other chairs armrests are far more sturdy.
Vibration has no controls so you have to plug it in/unplug it to turn it on or off. Rather weak as well.
Wheels are really roll resistant and I need to manhandle the chair to get it to move while in it. Might grease or change the wheels.
Recline spring is too weak to raise the back. You have to unlock, lean forward, reach back, and manually pull the seat back up.
Summary: While this looks like a long list of cons theyre rather small and dont detract from the chair as a whole. Im satisfied with it so far and likely wont use the "features" as they seem gimmicky and not well thought out. Otherwise it seems like a fine chair that focuses too much on the "gamer" gimmick and could have spent money saved on the leg rest and vibrator and invested in higher quality plastics.
Love everything about this chair... but when we put it together we noticed it had a small tare. We didnt want to disassemble and have to return it so dealing with it lol.
It took a minute to put this together but my son has enjoyed it since he has gotten it (Christmas 2020). So far its still going strong and hasnt had an issue. I have used it and loved the kick stand for your feet :)
Received the chair with a hole in the backrest, they shipped a new one quickly. Its pretty comfy and being able to recline to different angles is very nice!

It was so easy to put up, the only thing that I really disliked about it was the instructions where just pictures and no words.
Seems a little flimsy, but well see. Had to add a cushion.

Not really a massage chair. Just a massage pillow with a very short wire
The massage part is the whole back. Its just the lower pillow.
