Love this chair. Im a bigger woman so comfort is a big deal. This chair is that. The arms seem a little stretched after using it for such a short time but that just gives me more room. I never used the back support that came with the chair. It didnt feel right but it would for someone who is smaller. Now the head rest that I love. I dont use this chair for gaming but I do use it for being at my desk for long periods of time. Very comfy.
I like the chair very much, but the left side of the seat seems that the weld broke. If I push down on it, it shifts and makes a clunking sound. The casters creak and pop as well when I sit in it. Its not bad for the price, but mine is broken. Also, I play guitar, so I removed the arms after realizing that I couldnt hold my guitar in my lap with the arms on.
Everything was easy but the foot rest. Directions arent the best but the assembly isnt bad. My son loves it so I guess thats really all that matters (:
I work from home at the computer and was using just a regular kitchen chair......ouch! This chair was easy to assemble and is everything I needed! the lumbar support with vibration is very nice, it would be better if you could turn it off without unplugging. the neck support pillow is so wonderful. and the foot rest is to die for! I am in complete comfort. I am only 5 ft 2 in, if you are taller than that, the foot rest might not be as good for you. it also doesnt feel as sturdy as i would like it o be, but I guess that is why the sent an extra brace knowing it will most likely break. But, I love this chair!!
Update: Costumer service was really good and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. The damaged part of the chair was replaced within two weeks. I really like this chair otherwise.
This was my first gaming chair. I was really excited for this one. It was delivered today (4th May 2021). While assembling the parts I saw the tear on the left side of the back. I am so so disappointment with their service and material quality, I would not even give one star. I just lost my trust in their quality.

I purchased this for more than just gaming. Took a little bit to assemble but absolutely worth it. Comfortable and massage on lower back is a plus.

Ive had this gaming chair for about 3 months now and Ive had absolutely no problems with it. Easy to put together as well. Definitely worth it

Nice, its easy to assemble. Comfortable. But not the best in the market. Its very good for the price. Comfortable for long sitting
