I think the bed was well made. Customer service was excellent and very quick to replace a piece that was damaged. I would definitely recommend this bed. I purchased two bunk beds for my growing number of grandchildren.
Easy to put together, cute, and my daughter loves it! It looks really nice in her very girly pink room! It sits a little lower which is great for those transitioning from a crib or toddler bed!
I bought 2 sets of these bunk beds and i was disappointed. My kids broke a few of the wood pieces that held the matress up within a few weeks of having it. The side pieces are also very flismy.
I loved that I didnt have to drive and pick it up from a store. Assemble was fairly easy and it looks really good. And when the kids get bigger they can each have their own bed!!!

Great sturdy bed, but it is not easy to put together because the instructions are not very clear to someone who does not frequently put things together. The bed dents and scratches very easily and the slats that the mattresses sit on would be a complete pain to screw in because theyre super short for the length of the bed frame. This takes the longest. Also, if you dont own power tools, please make sure you either have them or have someone around who has them to put this bed together. This is definitely a TWO person job. I wouldnt attempt it alone. Makes it so much easier. Overall my kiddos love their bed.
this bed is awesome! ive always wanted a cute white bed this style. the finish was nice. everything is labeled. its very sturdy. i was honestly a little skeptical of buying furniture online. for some people it breaks immediately in half or the paint is chipped off. but mine came in great condition.
Cons: /the instructions show good pictures but if it had a couple words, that wouldve been more helpful.
/the medium sized silver screws strip VERY easily. theres a point in the instructions where you screw together a metal hook piece to the side piece of the bed. maybe if it came with pre/drilled holes it wouldve been easier. i just did that part myself but either way the nails stripped. maybe as a tip, buy different screws made of stronger metal
/ the wooden slats dont exactly match up with the width of the bed. theyre slightly shorter. theres another point in the instructions where you diagonally screw the slats to the side piece of the bed. i just screwed the nail into whatever wood i could. maybe another tip is to attach velcro to the slats and side piece instead of screwing to keep them in place.
I was hesitant on purchasing a bunk bed for many reasons, but once I was certain, I found this and am so happy I did! Its very sturdy and easy to assemble. A lot of pieces, but easy to follow instructions. I like that its not super chunky and takes up a lot of space. My boys bedroom is only 10x12 so this fit in perfectly, still giving them much room to play on the floor!
Also, it fits a size twin mattress, NOT a twin XL.

Good bunk bed and easy to assemble
Was pretty easy to put together. Took about 2.5 hours or so. Instructions were easy to understand and everything is fairly well labeled
