First time Ive ever had a furniture part missing and their service department is non responsive

has decided to use the pandemic as a cop-out for not having telephone customer service (seriously? That is such a lame excuse, customer service can be done from home easily) and hasnt yet responded to my email or my part request for the missing part. My sons bed is missing a leg! They sent me a duplicate of the other side leg and they arent reversible so I cant finish putting it together. I already gave away his crib and started assembling this because I have never in my life had a furniture part missing until now. Never going to make that mistake again! So now we have to figure out what to do with this thing while we wait for them to get back to us via email (again I am so frustrated about them not having phone service and acting like the pandemic is any kind of reason for that). Meanwhile my son has to sleep with us because theres nowhere else for him. Its really unfortunate this is becoming such a hassle though - the bed is solid wood and incredibly sturdy. Assembly has been a bit fiddly but its because the hardware is very well thought out. The bed has a VERY STRONG chemical smell though. Id say this needs a good week or more to air out before anyone could sleep in the room. Update: took several days but I did hear back from . Theyre out of stock of this part and have no idea when it will be available again. Yikes. Im sending this back and I suggest people steer clear of this furniture until they get this stuff sorted out.

    Great bunk bed

Great product. Easy to assemble, the instructions are clear and all the parts are numbered. The real wood smell is amazing. Get a twin XL mattress for a perfect fit. My son loves his bed.

    No instructions but overall pleased.

Ok. To start off with, this had no instructions whatsoever. With that said, you better be very good at deducing what goes where and which screws go where. It took a little while but I did get it done. All around a 5 on my evaluation even though no instructions. Excellent sturdiness.

    Fabulous Tree house!

I love this bed! I renovated my kids room and this bed became the center piece of the new design! I added wall mural and trims to complete the scene! My kids loved it! Also it didn t smell as bad as some reviews stated! The smell went away Same night and my kids used it right away! Packaging was great! All pieces fit sung so you might need to have two persons to put it together.. The only downside is there is no extra rings or screws! I did break one of the G rings bullets, left it without it and the bed came together without any issues..

    Excellent beds.

I assembled both of these by myself and it was very easy. I am only 5 2 and had no problem. Very good quality. It would be cool if it had accessories like different covers like a house, tent, or trees with windows. Some that kids can close for privacy. Accessories to hang lights or small smart tv.

    A Beauty!

The bunk bed arrived in 3 very large boxes, one was a behemoth in size and weight. This lone female dragged them all up two flights of stairs (outdoors and indoors). So its a challenge, but doable. Unpacking was straightforward and everything was in perfect condition despite a few dents in the boxes. The finish is gorgeous-a lovely gray color with a whitewashed finish on smooth bark textured wood. While one very determined person could possibly put it together themselves, two people make it a lot easier (I read the very easy instructions while hubby did most of the work, and I occasionally held opposite ends up and helped align). It took a couple hours-we started at dinner and had it together in time for our girls to sleep on it. There was one major misalignment in one of the last pieces (a board was glued on about an inch too low in the back support piece), but hubbys determination saved the day. Having a drill handy also helped with a few holes. All in all, its the perfect bunk, super fun and trendy for the bedroom of both girls and boys, and it was a decent price! (Near $600 from the seller I picked on -the cheapest option). Love it!!

Make sure you are ready for a project.

It is nice, but It takes forever to put together. It is not difficult, but literally every piece needs to be screwed or bolted together. Not one piece is pre assembled.
